Making of “Fair Trek”
With Fair Trek and Tiger Trail, you don’t have to go around declaring how much money you give to a particular charity/project; you can celebrate that warm glow quietly and teach your kids to do the same by learning about and helping the local communities, which in turn teaches these communites about sustainable living.
A client of ours after a “Fair Trek” tour once commented: “I think if every company in the world would follow such simple guide lines, we could have a better world.”
It’s sad, but true, that there is a significant number of folks who think being a cold hearted old skinflint is a sign of good character. And I think WE can offer to the less fortunate, to prove them wrong!
With our new Fair Trek (Trekking-in-laos) site, which we have dedicated to the idea of a fairer, fun tourism in the region, we hope to reach out to communities, travelers and…well, the world to join us in our endeavor.
We at Fair Trek are a young team of passionate travelers and travel professionals with the vision for “Fairer Trek”, in fact a very old idea. I have learned about it, put it in a shoe box, flipped around a while and made a new mix out of it. And I want to thank the people who have helped us with this, also a rather significant number of people. I just name their first letters, K,T,C,K,S,E, R,I,T,H,G,B,D,S, F,A,G,E, W,E,P,L, K,J,N,B,H,F,J,R,I, O,F,J,C,B,M,J,F,W,Q, A,D,A, W,A,F, S,F,T, E,C,R,F,D, G,E,D,A,M,N,F,M ,H,M,J,U,I,Y, F,H,G,F,A,D,E,W,V,S,F,G,Z,…I hope I did not forget anybody.
Enjoy traveling, enjoy giving and stay sunny
Hope to meet you all one day,
