In Nong Khiaw, just north of Luang Prabang, “Fair Trek” project Laos has established a great selection of activity tours exploring the surroundings of the Nong Khiaw and Nam Ou valley. Trips and Treks are simply stunning and off the beaten path, as most of them were only surveyed in 2008.  In Nong Khiaw, Fair Trek works with a group of local guides, a number of communities,  and authorities to ensure the endeavors for a fairly distributed income. Through tourism activities we can guarantee a positive impact into the partner villages.
A great community tour example is our Home Stay Program.

The Clay School Project
has been one of Fair Trek’s main projects in 2011/2012 that involves and brings together the local community, visitors from around the world and volunteers. Together with all joint forces, this unique community project in Laos helps to build a school. One of the most exciting tours in Nong Khiaw is the 100 Waterfalls Trek which Tiger Trail Outdoor Adventures has discovered recently.
